Job Description
- Spearhead development and implementation of the content strategy to establish thought leadership, drive awareness and traffic, and influence sales pipeline
- Define quality standards of content and establish research, writing, and production processes to ensure consistent best-in-class deliverables
- Build an editorial calendar and produce high-quality articles, white papers, eBooks, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, and survey reports
- Continuously test best performing content formats, distribution channels, and contribute to social media contents
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop agile content marketing processes to quickly capitalize on potential momentum
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop messaging based on product use cases and target personas
- Determine metrics that define effective marketing content and continuously track and report progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading content marketing team and building successful cases to drive business results
- Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it - Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization with prior hands-on experience
- High familiarity with CMS, analytics, and other relevant tools to ensure content marketing success
- Data-driven, excellent writing skills, and creative storyteller
- Experience in the tech (and SaaS) industry is highly preferred
